4. Limitations and Disclaimers

While we verify basic information like HDB licenses, users must conduct their own due diligence. We make no warranties about the quality, safety, or legality of contractor services.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ContractorSG and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without explicit permission.

6. User Content

By submitting content (reviews, business information, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content. You represent that:

• You own or have rights to the content
• The content is accurate and not misleading
• The content does not violate any third-party rights
• The content does not contain defamatory or illegal material
